SERVER JOB DESCRIPTION
Shifts start as early as 5:30 am with varying start times up to 11 am. Because we finish seating guests by 2 pm, all shifts end no later than 3 pm.
Scheduling is generally flexible. Because weekends and holidays are the busiest times, we do ask that you are available those days. Egg Harbor is closed Christmas Day and Thanksgiving, and open late (8am) on New Year’s Day. We do not honor request offs for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day.

Basic Job Skills
We are looking for people who enjoy working in a team environment, are responsible and trustworthy, prompt, reliable, and self-motivated.
Servers are expected to be: comfortable using a POS system, able to count back change, able to read and write, able to clearly communicate verbally, able to carry a minimum of four plates, able to understand simple math, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, upbeat and able to work many hours on their feet, committed to basic personal hygiene, committed to safe food handling procedures, certified with an Illinois Food handlers permit (If applying in IL), committed to company standards and policies.
