An Egg Harbor Cafe location, part of a multigenerational family-owned business, is set to join the ranks of Evanston brunch spots. Founded in 1985 in Illinois by Jack and Paula Wright with their daughter and son-in-law, Aimee and Mike Farrell, the chain also has locations in Wisconsin and Georgia. The restaurant is in the former Terra & Vine space, at 1701 Maple Ave.
